RELOCATES IN CAPE...
Cameron at West Park Village in Cape Girardeau
Cameron Insurance has relocated their claims office to lease space in West Park Village, at William Street and West Drive in Cape Girardeau. The Drury Southwest development has a mix of both retail and offices.
Cameron recently sold their former office at 1330 N. Kingshighway and relocated in the smaller leased quarters. The Cameron, Missouri based mutual insurance company has a number of independent insurance agents in the Southeast Missouri area.
The local office serves as both a claims and operational office for the insurance carrier. Cameron has followed the line of many insurance company in recent years in downsizing their regional out-lying offices. In cost cutting measures, the casualty companies find they can administer customer service with less people and rely upon greater technology and communication hook-ups from their corporate headquarters..
Cameron also sold their Springfield, Missouri claims and operational office for the western part of Missouri and relocated in smaller lease space. Cameron officials said agents and policy-holders will see no difference in the quality of customer service with the recent downsizing moves and relocations.
