Coldwater Creek Store at Park West Centre in Cape Girardeau
Another national fine women's apparel and accessory store has opened in the Park West Centre in Cape Girardeau. Coldwater Creek based out of West Virginia recently opened in a 5,440 square foot lease space in the new development located near the intersection of South Mount Auburn Road and William Street.
The store is adjacent to the Talbot's Store that opened earlier this year in the same development built and managed by Mid-America Hotels. Coldwater Creek, established 22 years ago specializes in women's apparel, jewelry, accessories and gifts.
The company has a total of 179 full-line stores in operation and has plans to add 65 new locations by the end of 2006. Coldwater Creek was chosen the #1 retail company for customer service in the specialty apparel retail sector and was named #2 in customer service for all retail companies in the U.S. combined, according to a 2005 survey of more than 8,500 consumers by the National Retail Federation and American Express.
