OPENS IN CAPE GIRARDEAU
La Croix Village - Cape Girardeau, Missouri
One of Cape Girardeau's newest and unique retail and office developments has been completed. La Croix Village, developed by Trish Lafoe has opened located along Route W in the north part of Cape.
Tenants include My Daddy's Cheesecake, Dr. Rodrick Crist, M.D., Redecorate, Christy's of Cape, Elements Salon and Under the Sun Tanning. Although it is a neighborhood in line type center, it is unique that each section has an individual design and decor.
It is also unique in the fact it is one of the first retail and office center in this section of Cape, that is primarily new home residential developments.
