TALBOT'S STORE TO
OPEN IN CAPE
Park West Centre will be the first location in Southeast Missouri for a Talbot's women's store. The location is near the intersection of S. Mount Auburn Road and William Street. The store will anchor the new 18,000 square foot strip center being developed at the Cape Girardeau location.
The national apparel retailer based out of Hingham, Massachusetts has over 1,049 stores nationwide with approximately 11,600 employees. Talbots is a leading specialty retailer, cataloger and e-tailer of women's, children’s and men’s classic apparel. Its collection for women includes high-quality sportswear, versatile career separates, casual wear and special occasion classics in an extensive range of sizes. A complementary selection of shoes and accessories provides customers with "head-to-toe" wardrobing.
Talbot's nearest locations are in St. Louis and Paducah, Kentucky. The Cape store is anticipating a summer opening. The location is adjacent to the newly opened Panera Bread and Olive Garden expected to open very soon.
